Artist Statement
My paintings serve as portals into states of stillness, sensuality, and bliss.

Drawing from the traditions of contemplative calligraphy, my work carries the aesthetic essence of my East Asian ancestry and is informed by the principles of Daoism and Tantra: the rhythm of opposites, the emergence of form from emptiness, and the primal vibratory pulse known in Tantra as Spanda.

Fluid calligraphic strokes swirl, ripple, and interweave into complex, graceful geometries. These forms appear to focalize into dense inflection points, simultaneously blossoming outward—becoming living presences.
